Maduro version of Eliot Ness. Some may say that means he is more mad. Wouldn’t want to cross Eliot Ness when he isn’t angry, given what he did, let alone when he goes “maduro”.
1/3: Sweetness, nuts, little bit of hay maybe?
2/3: Cheyenne pepper. Hay, sweetness. BBQ enters into the picture.
3/3: Spice and cooked meat. That hint of sweetness remains.
I liked this much more than the Natural but I’d look at the Sir Robert Peel or Bass Reeves naturals first.
