I was watching a new food show last night..."Bizarre Food" or some such. The host was in Spain and one of the segments covered "Criadillas" or bull's testicles.

Culinarily speaking, I'm normally pretty adventurous...but I just...don't....know...

I bet the people at that festival were having a ball, though.

I wonder if the guy that thought up that recipe got sacked?

Can't believe you folks have not heard of this. We have a local resturant that offers Mountian Oysters, Rooster fries, and Chittlings on Thursday nights.

I'll be glad to take you there if you are ever in my area...I'll buy all you can eat. :thumbs:
