You still didn't update the list of cigars, SlackFish ;) 50-59 are not listed in the first post :)

Took some pics from Cam1, 27-18 or so... are there supposed to be no humidification devices in these boxes?

Here's what I propose:

#42 -- Fuente Fuente Opus X Double Corona (??)
#56 -- Añejo No.46 (??)
#57 -- Cohiba Sublime EL (2004)
#58 -- Forbidden X Platinum DVD edition (2004)

Puts:
#60 -- Montecristo "A" (2000)
#61 -- Taboada Robusto Extra (2002)
#62 -- Quai de Orsay (1997)
#63 -- Cabaiguan Imperiales (2005)
#64 -- Hemingway Classic Sun Grown (2003)
#65 -- Tatuaje Cojonu (2005)
#66 -- Padrón 1964 Anniversario Piramide maduro (1999)

I'm supposed to wait for instructions from the SlackFish regarding whom to send this to next, ya? Next on the list is Shibumi... you gonna be around next week to receive the package, Shibumi?

Sorry for my delay, Road Runner was down all day yesterday. I'm ready for the pass, hike it!

Moki... This is torture... you took 4 of the ones I wanted :p

Man it is tough being last on the list watching everything go by. LOL :)

Moki, I purchased the Anejo about a month ago, the proprietor had to get up on a ladder and move some boxes out of the way to get to them... He indicated he had them for a while. I'll ask him how long if you wish...

Sorry man... but the Taboada Robusto Extra and Hemingway Sun Growns are both pretty special cigars too... worthy of a plucking. ;)

Oh, I tossed some stuff into the host bag too. Enjoy, SlackFish! :whistling:

Was going to mail this off today, but haven't her back from da Fish yet, so I'll sit on it.

Rat bastard... I updated them. Just don't know why they didn't appear.

No individual humidification devices. The last few times I included one, didn't do the cigars any good. Too many layers of plastic between the moisture and the cigars.

Play looks great. Send it on to shibumi.

Thanks Andrew... now stop hazing my ass. :p

I got bored waiting for you, so I smoked all of the cigars in the host bag, including the one I put in there for you. Hope that's cool.

I'll toss one of those Fuente humidipaks in each bag for the heck of it, can't hurt. Will post the DC# on the morrow.

Whats the odds that Shibumi gets it here before the 22nd??

This could be an issue.

I should have it out the day after I get it and I have access to DHL next day if need be.

I finally got my first view / taste of a Taboada this weekend in Vegas. It was a Dom Peringon Taboada (sp?), and oh my Fing god !!! I only took two puffs and I really didn't want to give it back. It freakin rocked!

All I can say is, I have _got_ to get me one of those! Too bad it has already passed me. :(

However, since there isn't anything easily found on value of the stick, how do you propose anyone gauges what is an appropriate put? Possibly a gauge for what you swapped it out for? And if so, was that the "Fuente Fuente Opus X Double Corona (??)"? Thoughts?

Also, sorry I can't help you on the age of that cigar Moki. I traded for it a few months ago and don't have any idea the real age. And at the time, the thought of aging cigars escaped me. If I had them, I smoked them. Now I have just a couple extras for safe keeping. :whistling:

Thanks,
- C

You're probably not on the same playing field if you're going to try to compare the Taboada to a domestic, just in terms of rarity and uniqueness. Moki's put was VERY generous and there isn't any single take that matches it. But then again, moki is a rat bastard like that. He makes it a tough act to follow. :p

Just based on how much that cigar costs alone there are very few readily available cigars that compare, as for uniqueness, quality (or so Ive heard ;) ), everything else that makes a great put this cigar is almost untouchable. Unless someone has something really special up their sleeve this thing is taking a ride all the way back to phishy.

Unless of course we could work out a deal where I could take it out of the pass for a couple other premiums
