...ok, guys...a decision has been made and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. We drank, we swore (more than usual), we debated, we discussed, we consternated, but finally, the jury reached a verdict. At the end of the day, we came to the conclusion that we couldn't award only one prize, so here we go:
First prize - Aquiring93 - "Smoking in a school zone"
Second prize - TallPaul - "Tub Time"
Third prize - AselMIke - "Hey, you can't smoke here"
We came to this decision because Aquiring93's photo most accurately fulfilled the requirement of the contest, which was:
"[font=Times New Roman']We want to see a picture of you smoking a cigar in an uncompromising position, a smoking sensitive area, or some weird sort of place that normally doesn’t allow cigar smoking and would totally aggravate an Anti-Smoking zealot." [/font]
Now, TallPaul's photo was particularly epic, but we all smoke in our bathtubs so in the consensus of judges (that's us) the whole "no smoking" thing wasn't quite as accurately depicted. Aquiring93's photo was likely more "high risk" though Paul's wife may not have thought so....
Anyway, at the end of the day, we liked them all and decided we couldn't really just award one prize so there you have it.
We have some nice prizes picked out for you guys, so if you'd PM Gary, Israel and I with your contact info, we'll get the goods out shortly. Oh, and trust us Paul, we have something extra special picked out for a guy that's obviously as in touch with his "sensitive" side as you are in that photo... :laugh:
