PG (Paul Garmirian) Robustos

I picked up a 10 pack and 2 singles of the PG robusto a couple of weeks ago in NYC. For $11.50 per stick retail (I got a 2 for 2 deal) they are a terrible value IMO (my actual cigars anyways).

I am hoping I just got a bad batch, but of the 3 I have smoked, they were underfilled, harsh, burned irregularly and very bland. They are very light cigars weight-wise. Even after a couple of weeks in a 72%RH humidor, they feel dried out and underfilled.

Anyone else have this problem with this cigar or brand? I have heard good things about PG and for an $11.50 cigar I would expect MUCH more.

Am I just unlucky?

Haven't smoked one in about 10 years. That might give you an idea as to what I think about these things.

When I smoke PG's, I usually smoke the RE line. I haven't had any issues with them so far.
