I guess I'm out of the loop. I know what a Rick Roll is, but what is the "jumping around" rick roll page?

Its the basic rick roll page except the page goes to like 1/4 the size of your screen and jumps to each corner. It has those prompt pop-ups you have to click on to, making it very hard to close out. There are ways to get out of them though without rebooting.
