Pepin Garcia Cigars

Just found out about this when I dropped by earlier this week. Not a bad smoke either and at a decent price.
 
Are the JFRs a Pepin blend or not? I've found conflicting info on them.

These are one of my favs go there at least once a week to pick up a few they run about 5 to 7 $
