I understand coming down on scam artist. The reason I brought up the thread was the hate towards the guy that has a sponsored site. I mean if he has a listing on cp he should not be a scam artist.
I really like this forum and sites that pay cp to advertise here make it possible so I guess from that stand point I would give someone the benefit of the doubt that helps to make this forum possible.

CP has rules in regards to vendors. I have seen every type of retailer, distributor, mfg try to skirt the rules at cigar sites since 1997. These people have no respect for their hosts, they see nothing wrong with trying to make money off another mans labor. These people need to be outted and exposed for the scum that they are.

If a vendor who is also an advertiser at this site is not following the rules, Rod should be notified. Rod is not the type of administrator to put up with this. I think we do too often publicly jump on the backs of people here, but I can tell you that 99.9% of them deserve it. Not knowing what goes on behind the scenes all the time, I can pretty much say without much doubt that the issues were tried to be resolved via PM or e-mail before they became public.
