My thoughts on this:

The parents should go to jail for endangering a minor!

Those were my thoughts as well. The parent should be held responsible for reckless actions that cost the girl her life.

I couldn't agree more. If this woman can get sent to jail for leaving her baby in the car (fuggin people), I think anyone who does something so blatantly dangerous should be in the same boat. And no, their guilt they feel now is not enough for me.

Someones child was sucked into the ocean and killed today in Maine. I could only think to myself " Wait. There was a hurricane passing through there and the weather was horrible. What was someone doing out at the coastline with thier children??"

Just about every year around winter time someone gets swept down the aqueduct during the rain. I still have no idea how one could do that since just about every inch of the system is gated off, but it still doesn't stop some Darwin candidate from dying.

I remember on a trip to Yellowstone one year we stoped at a little store inside the park. When we were driving through the parking area we saw a little kid, probably 6 or 7 or so, standing 3 or 4 feet in front of a full grown bull Moose trying to swat at it! Where were his parents??? They were standing a safe distance away taking pictures of the whole thing...

Thats how people are. I live in a really small town in the middle of Missouri, right smack dab in tornado alley. In the summer we get all kinds of crazy weather, when the tornado sirens go off, everyone in town goes outside with a video camera. The siren that is supposed to signal everyone to go grab shelter sends everyone outside with a frickin video camera to try and tape where the tornado is. Gotta love it. :blush:

That explains why there are never dead people in all those destroyed houses.

I have people that save up all their money to visit the Islands, jump into the ocean,..........and then drown! The Pacific Ocean is a little more rougher than a pool. So sad when we can't save 'em and your family is watching us do CPR on you.
