Did you confront the buyer about paypal seizing the money?

also...i think paypal has a remedy for ripoffs...i was told this by someone from EBAY FWIW.

I'm sure Duane can give more details, but its not shipping as in fedex or ups. You put them in a carrier and they go by plane.

I have used paypal to pay for my ISOM's from Hong Kong and have had no problems. I felt more comfortable using paypal than using my C.C.
 
PAYPAL CLOSED MY ACCOUNT TODAY B/C THEY SAY I BOUGHT OR SOLD TOBACCO USING PAYPAL.
 
That sucks... perhaps you can change your avatar so that it flashes back and forth between "PETA" and "Paypal". ;)

That's because you mentioned their name in this forum. I and others have had the same thing happen. I couldn't even take MY money out of my account until they unfroze my account. They demanded that I remove any mention of them from any posts I made on any tobacco web sites before they would reinstate my account. They are a bunch of farging cork suckers!

Same thing happen to me. They did a search of a few box splits I did and sampler sales and would not reinstate me until I deleted the text :angry:
I sold another sampler selling a collection of "DVDs" and they canned me because the buyer had cigar or some tobacco related word in his email address :rolleyes:

Oh well. PayPal...when you read this:

Man I hate to hear this. I have used Paypal for a long long time and never had any issues. I do only deal with verified addresses when I sell something, Im usually selling laptops or hardware so the thought of them reversing a payment makes me sick to my stomach.

I have always shipped as soon as the funds are confirmed as in my account, perhaps its time to hold out a few days till this is done deal from now on..D@mn it all!

I use Continental Airlines to ship my pups, just like me or you hopping on a plane, fast reliable delivery, so who wants one :p
 
PayPal is nothing but a joke. Because they're not a bank, they get away with their poor tactics.

When you use PAYPAL, don't post your account info publicly. Be sure to do it all via PM or email. They will never know. When you send your invoice to the buyer, never use the word "cigar" or "tobacco" anywhere in the paypal invoice. You should be fine... ;)
 
I don't know if it's just me, but does using credit card fraud to buy pitbull sperm seem a little odd. Oh well I'm sure there are crazier things.
 
my last box split was like 2 yrs ago and my paypal account gets closed today? they say I had the word RASS and they say that is the cuban cigar ramone allones specially selected? what the hell, they are cigar lingo experts? it's just got me aggrevated b/c I do use paypal a lot selling chickens and dogs, people can use credit cards to pay. Oh well, back to money orders and western union.

Oh yeah, about the original purpose of this post, when the lady's dog had the puppies she paid me so that I would sign he papers. 8 solid blue pups from shipped semen she claimed arrived late and maostly dead. not too shabby for ole pimp lol

just a question, every once in a while i see google.com while searching the board index. is google.com the eyes and ears for paypoo, do they provide their customers a 'search the web' service? just thought. :cool:
