Where on this thread did anyone equate greatness and strength?

Diamond Crowns are awesome mild cigars...smooth and well-balanced.

Quai d'Orsays are relatively mild, and very good with some age.

Some of the Davidoff stuff is very good.

Ashton Aged Maduros are quite mild, and quite tasty. The list could get alot longer, quickly.

I found the 150's more a marketing gimmick than anything else. Being mild and having flavor are not mutually exclusive. The 150's didn't do it for me, so why should I pay big bucks for for something with wrapper so old that it's probably lost much of it's flvor, and that I didn't care for 10 years ago?

Anyway, if you were referring to me in your comment about strength, you were mistaken.

I smoked one robusto. I am a Partagas fan, I thought it was quite good. IMHO, it is better than the famed 150. However, I think I can find Lusitanias and save some money.

Just smoked my first one of these last night and I agree with the general consesus here. Burned perfectly. Nice creamy, smooth smoke. Good for a mellow, after-dinner cigar. But definitely not work $18-22 a stick.

Smoked one of these flavorless things a week ago. Very bland, but smelled good. Can get the same flavors in my mouth from a campfire. Very disappointed for the price, would P/U 3 Avo Signatures instead next time.
