The website doesn't have any stock or a shopping cart or ability to order, it's just via what we see here and by calling or emailing him.

Yes I have. Very friendly and fast turn around time in getting the smokes out to you.

I haven't received my shipment yet, so I can't comment on the shape of the cigars until I get them.

Can anyone throw me a bone here? Am I on some nationwide blackball list where my orders and phone calls get thrown to the bottom of the pile automatically?

Hopefully maybe they'll arrive early or something, and they'll be in great shape.

Upon checking up with the tracking of my package, I put the order in on the 14th of this month (receiving an email that the package had indeed shipped then). Fedex tracking states I will get my package on the 22nd!!! Hey, this is Fedex you are using, isn't it Gabriel? Why the 8 days (of course, barring the weekend). Kinda slow isn't it?

I'm curious as to why the extended wait... methinks it would have taken shorter time using 2 day priority (and less money to pay for shipping). :(

Is there any reason why USPS is not an option? It seems to me that it's the easiest and quickest way to send stuff, using priority.
 
It not very easy for me to get to the post office during the day.
But will look into them pickup & process.

Gabriel, IMHO, from one vendor to another. Get rid of Fed Ex as fast as you can. There delivery times are horrible. Anything shipped from any one of the Cigar Companies in Florida takes a minimum of 5 business days to Atlanta. UPS is always 2 days. As for the US Postal service, you don't have to go to the Post Office, print your labels online and give them to your Postman and you're done.

Yup, I received my order the other day and everything was in great condition .... almost. One of my cigars had a tear in the wrapper but I can fix it, the packaging was perfect so who knows when the damage occured. I haven't had the greatest luck lately with damaged sticks ??? .

Hey Gabriel, if you could improve your shipping time that would be awesome :thumbs:

I'll defianatly do business with Gabriel again.
