I will bump this one more time. If there isn't any more interest, I will go ahead and make reservations at Jack Stack for about 15 people.

I was thinking we could start off at Outlaw around noon... smoke a few cigars, then head to Jack Stack. Then after that, head to the Cedar Box in Lees Summit for more smoking, poker, and conversation. I think more barbeque is probably a bit much, especially since there will be great BBQ at Outlaw on Saturday. So how about just chips & dip, and other snacks?
 
Alright so Billy called me last night to tell me about this gathering. I have to say things sound great. The time table should work out fine for me, but I have been busy at the office so I might not be out until 6'ish. Either way I'll have to meet up with everyone and have some fun.

I am down for whatever. Apparently I get in just after noon so I will dump my junk at the hotel than give Tim a call to see where you guys are.
 
I was going to go with the name tags Brad was making, but my wife wants to make 'em. So could everyone PM me with your real name? I think I know most names, but just want to make sure I get them right!

Blah blah blah :laugh: . Yea, so I've been away from the pass lately...I know. At least I know what is going on now :blush: . It will be a great time for all I am sure.
 
We are all set at Jack Stack for 4:30 on the 18th. The reservation is under my last name -- HEIM.

Does anyone have any special requests for snacks at the after dinner HERF?

Uh oh -- I think we may be in for quite a treat! :thumbs:
I will probably just pick up a few kinds of chips and dips -- maybe a few two liters of soda.
Again, we can bring our own booze. This is shaping up to be a great time!! My wife would rather not leave me in charge of our digital camera, so if someone could bring one, that would be great.
 
For anyone who may be interested I'll be bringing a couple mini kegs of Bell's Two Heart Ale. I will be bringing a digital camera too.
 
Looks like I am for sure not going to be able to make it Fri. as I have some friends coming into town for the night. Can't wait for Sat. though.......BBQ, Beer, Cigars, and 70 degree weather......doesn't get much better than that :thumbs:

Hey guys. I just found out for sure that I will be off on Friday, so the NWA boys are heading out in the morning. We would love to make it to the event on Friday if there are seats. Jon, let me know if you can. Probably be best to call me. Sorry for the late notice.
