Original Band Habanos Only Pass

What's the status on this? If you can spare the trip to us overseas service types - I'd like to get in should this ever kick off. I was in Paul's pass as the first stop and his box took 10 days to get to me (Typhoon slowed the mail) and 6 days to get back to the states. My bombs (back and forth) have averaged 5 days to/from West coast and 7 Days to/from East Coast.
 
Your tour in the armed forces will be over long before this pass starts even if you plan on staying in for 20 years :sign:

I should be moving to Florida* for my next assignment in 2006 - maybe we can start it then?

The goal is to have to pass arrive back SLOWLY at Mike's house with ALL cab cigars and NO BANDS :D :D
