OPUS 22 set 2008 split

Yup and the way it was done in the past the person drawing the names didn't put their name in the bag and got the last cigar that was left over.

How should we handle who gets the box all the coffins come in? It's essentially part of the price of the whole set and can be in another drawing with everyone who has a spot. Just a suggestion...
 
I would assume he'd just do another drawing, assuming everybody was interested in getting the box.

I'll hold additional drawing for the box. The box will be shipped ups ground seperately for cost efficiency.

As far as the drawing goes, hermit, I'm fine with you do it, as long as the method is clearly stated. I, for one, am all for one slip of paper going into a bag for every person in the split(including multiples for those with multiple spots) and then one for each cigar going into another bag, and drawing one from each bag until they're all gone.
 
Some are paying by checks, so it might take couple more days for the checks to arrive.

As for the lottery, I have two boxes set up. One box containing names of participants and the other box containing name of the cigars. I'll draw one from each box and match them up.

Hey Chris, for those who are getting more than one, did you just put their names in twice (or thrice), or do you plan to put the names back in at some point? Just curious how it works...

For those who took more then one spot has equal number of names in the box from the start.

By this do you mean that since I have two spots in the split my name is int here twice? Sorry that doesn't quite make sense to me.
 
That's how I understand it, Joe, and it seems perfectly logical to me.
 
Still waiting on Jose I suppose. Been a week and a half...any update? Maybe Jose will chime in as to what's taking so long, snail mail certainly doesn't take near this long....and I didn't want this thread to get buried.
