I tried searching and all I found was vendors from USA.
I'm looking for a trusted vendor from Europe in order to reduce the cost of shipping.
I know only CC vendors from there but I'm searching for non CC.
Also,it would be great if this vendor sell singles and 5er.
Thanks.

Thanks,I'll check them out.
I did search a shop from Spain but did not find one that sell non CC.
Have you dealt with any of them ?

No I haven't jepe, I only know they have the best prices due to being a member of a German Cigar Forum. I get 95% of my non CC from the USA.

Jepe,

I have a lot of international customers and they order from the US because non-CC cigars in Europe are even more expensive than the CCs. And those prices are high enough. In my experience, shipping to Israel is about $40-$50 using USPS Express Mail. It should arrive within 3-5 days. If you have any questions, PM me. I speak with experience in taking care of international customers.

And he isn't joking about the prices, for example a single Opus xXx is sold in Germany for 35 EURO. Other than that you can find good deals on non CC cigars if you look, but alot of them are brands either unheard of in the USA or off brands that places like CI would sell for a few dollars a stick.

It looks like First-Class Mail International Package is the cheapest. Who knows how long that will take.

FYI
The restrictions of mailing items to Israel states
Prohibitions Linky
Tobacco, in various forms, exceeding 600 grams.

Weight of a Cigar Linky

To say under the 600 grams

Ship via First Class Mail International Package for 1 pound(454 grams) is $9.85. Estimated delivery time "varies".

But lets say the cardboard and peanuts can weight in a pound and you will not ship cigars in a box. Only a bag.
So to ship with the same method for 2 pounds is $16.25.

You can go on this cheap route, but only do so in cool months. Not summer where the package can sit for "varies".

(Has anyone shipped international via First class mail?)

Good luck.

Jepe,

Israel's a great guy, and I refer my friends to him. He'll take good care of you on prices and sticks.

Jepe,

Israel is spot on. Shipping International is very pricey.

Usually between $30-$50 depending on how fast you want it.

Express mail 3-5 days and is the fastest, but most expensive
Priority mail 6-10 days a bit less in price.

Shipping with First Class Mail is very good.
The problem is that non of the vendors agree to ship with this method.
I had packages sent to me with First Class Mail and it usually takes up to 3 weeks
,one time it arrived after 1 week, and the cigars came in great condition.
If by doing that I'm saving about $20-$30,so why not.

Israel, thanks for the offer but I'm looking to buy some singles and 5er
and to pay for a small package like that $40-$50 is way too much.
Maybe if I'll look for a box or a larger order.

When I was in Russia, I saw a Honduras cigar that I never heard of and its small price tag of $46 was a steal.

Anyone know http://cigarprices.com/?

I check their site and prices ok I think.
Shipping cost is $7 for a couple of boxes.
Is that right?

Also they will match and deduct $5 from the lower price you provide.

You could check with Decent Cigar in Dublin, Ireland, about their selection of Cuban and non-Cuban cigars, and shipping cost.

http://www.decent-cigar.com/

Seems pricey.

I'll echo what others have said, for NC cigars I find American retailers' selection worth the slight increase in shipping. Just buy more at a time :)
