If you are trying to give a brother a great price you as the seller should not pay the fees. The buyer is paying for the convenience and speed to make sure he gets in on the deal in a timely manner. In my scotch buys I run a pretty slim margin, usually 1-2% to cover exchange rate changes and sometimes I've made a few bucks and sometimes I've lost some but after 7 years its pretty even. If I sucked up the cost of fees I would have to raise the prices for all and not just the ones who decide to pay by the evil empire.
