NYE & St. Patrick's day are both good holidays, but the 2 days of the year where all the amature drinkers come out :sign:

That reminded me, I have a bottle of Westy 8 from 1998 and can't decide if I should drink it tonight or NYE 2008. I should probably have the wifey hide it cause I am sure one of my buddies will grab it and drain it like a coors light if I'm not careful! :laugh:

Did you get to either of these? I got to try a little Supplication last Friday at a tasting. It was the highlight of a night of great beers.
The Firestone Walker Ten was definitely one of my top 5 last year. Hopefully I have some of the Eleven coming soon.

My wife was working on NYE, so it was just me and the kids. They got jacked up on Monster. I went with the Barrel Aged Gonzo Porter.
Good stuff, a little too much carbonation, but loads of vanilla, bourbony flavor.
