As always, we had a great time last night. Dan, Dave, Elliot, Rob, Steve, thank you all for coming out, for the great conversations and the wonderful cigars. Hope to see some of you again tonight.

Yesterday was a blast indeed. Sam you should get out here more often :thumbs: :thumbs: Oh yeah loved those "good old days" stories last night I dreamt I was back in college :whistling:

I've met Dan several times and he has been a good guy to herf with...

...I've met and herfed with him a few times now and have always enjoyed my interaction with him, and I look forward to meeting up with him again...

...Dan has always struck me as a modest and soft spoken fellow...

A bit late to put in my two cents but I feel I should. My apologies to Dan that I did not post sooner.

I agree with all of the above gentlemen. I've met and smoked with Dan one time only, but he came across precisely as Elliott described. I would add reserved and friendly.

Dan also stepped up to help me and CigarPass when the interest in the inaugural cigar draft was much higher than anticipated. I never could have managed two different passes and with Dan's help, I didn't have to. He did a great job and the whole endeavor, two drafts, 24 players, and 144 cigars, went without a hitch. His communication during the draft was always timely and detailed and he really took charge of BRAVO. It was here that he earned the players' and my gratitude and admiration.

Bill, I'm sorry that you and Dan don't see eye to eye right now. I have confidence that reasonable, honorable men, especially cigar smokers, will always be able to reach an understanding. There are few men in this world with whom I could not imagine shaking hands after sharing a good cigar and a drink.
