NYC Area Monthly Meet Up

Florios sounds great and that Malaysian place next door is must try this time around

Easy, we will be the coolest Mofo's there. Seriously Brian (bully1875) is a big dude with Tats and I'm just ripped, Scott is the Herf God and Jeff is the pretty one. I'm sure it won't be a problem to spot us as we will be most likely hanging in the back together. As far the smokes I usually purchase one to smoke there and after that I puff on my own, drink, and shoot pool badly. Never had a problem yet. Should be a good time and looking forward to seeing you guys!

For you newbies going to one of these, the Matador is a great venue for it, very spacious and liberal, although the owner might have his own unsettling quirks. I almost miss that place, haven't been there since... gee it's been that long.

I figured you'd be at the table and couches in the back. I'm pretty sure I play pool worse than you, but I can handle myself around the liquor bottle.

The food there there is excellent!

Two other notable places in the area, "OK" also on Grand by Elizabeth and Shanghai Cafe 100 Mott Street which is notable for their soup pork dumplings! As good or better than Joe's Shanghai.

Reservation at 6:30 for 10. So we'll be at the bar till then, then back to the usual table. I'll be there around 5 as usual also. See you in two days. No 'gars yet geoff; hopefully they come tomorrow.
