I've been steadily upgrading my kitchen kit since buying my house 12 years ago, but this year there were sales and I got serious enough to snag some Le Creuset:

The red one's a 2.5 qt French oven & the blue's a 3.5 qt sauteuse. Damn near 50% off on both of 'em!

Saw this the other day and initially resisted the urge. This is the exact split I've been looking for, and came with bindings and skins for a steal so I couldn't not buy it. I'm done now, seriously...

Great choice!! I’ve had a couple of the lodge which were great but finally splurged on the 3.5 and an 8qt and they are both amazing. Now I want the 13 but have no idea when I’ll need one that big.
