Damn, Ben..you must be the newest of the Newbs! :laugh: Don't be too impatient though, your opportunities to participate in contests and such will come in time. The most important advice I can give you (as a well-seasoned newb myself) is to read all the stuff that's on this site for new members and to tread softly. There are many fine BOTL's here who are all too willing to help new members along if that help is requested and appreciated.

Contests are fun and all, but I would recommend you check out the Newbie Trade thread. It's a way to get to know some of the longer ternured and respected members as well as to obtain some nice sticks and learn in the process.

Package arrived from Doc today. Wow what a great selection. Needless to say I am very happy with the spread I recieved. Congratulations Doc on youre 1 year on CP, and for honoring you friend in such a unique way. I an greatfull for youre generosity and hope to pay it forward in the near future!!
