Thanks friend. I appreciate you having my back on a mix up. Got a few guys that probably pissed their pants laughing at me. I don't understand that. I'm a really nice ... mind my own business' type of guy. So undeserving of the pop shots and finger pointing.

( Jeff probably wets himself on the reg though... JS)
I agree with you totally
@wrussell46. Dans reaction and action is exactly what most of us BoTL are about. But we all know ... just like with everything worth something, there are shady people that have different agendas. It's hard to know... until you know... about new members. I wanted everyone to know. Dan's one of the good ones.
You're fairly new here as well. But I get a strong feeling... you're another BoTL that will help this Forum's integrity.
Thanks for the reply.
Yup, exactly. My pleasure
The Cigar Community is similar to the Motorcycle Community, at least from what I’ve experienced. However, I think my experience in both hobbies marches to the beat of a different drum as I have been told stories of more drama and suspicious activity than I have not experienced personally.
From my travels and adventures, the people I’ve met riding/racing motorcycles and smoking cigars have been gracious, welcoming, generous, and humble. Never missing a moment to share great stories or pass on valuable knowledge.
CP is like an old school MC that has been there, seen it all, and “still doing it.”
I didn’t realize the amount of rampant scoundrels, blow hards, bullshitters, and scam artists there were in cigars until joining CP and Discord. I have a better understanding of the frustrations and the degree of protection for this Forum Community.
My personal journey since I started burning cigars three and a half years ago has been nothing short of incredible. It seems I’ve dodged a lot of the BS along the way, thanks to good mentors and gracious BOTL.
I’ve enjoyed my time here and I plan on sticking around for a while yet to continue learning, share my experiences, and pass along the (good) advice that’s been given to me.
I appreciate the kind words, as well as your patience, and patience of the current active members, and those lurking behind billows of smoke!
