Other than the reasons everyone else has already pointed out...(who are you again? 
)the concept as presented would not work. You'd receive way to broad of a mix of cigars....everything from yard cigars to premiums. First person to be sent yard cigars for their premiums would be looking for someones head to roll.
Do a 5 stick trade with someone once a month, if thats what you're looking for but set a value ahead of time. State your expectations in the beginning of any trade and leave nothing to chance.
