4.Lust

New list: 1.Genetic Modification
2. Human experimentation
3. Polluting the environment
4. Social injustice
5.Causing poverty
6.Financial Gluttony
7. Taking Drugs

Just seems so much easier in the good old days. Any input by anyone else would be appreciated, i just don't agree that my smoking pot as a youngster will condemn my soul to Hell.

"Causing Poverty" is an interesting one. I'm not sure how one would do that unless you were a King or Warlord or Dictator or something along those lines. Have to give that one some thought.....

Don't worry about a little pot smoking in younger years, Claudio.....if that's a "biggie" there are a lot of us that grew up in the 60's / 70's that are going to be in the same boat right along with you.... :laugh:

From my standpoint I like the newer list. I was basically screwed on the old list...pretty much 7 out of 7. However, I am not catholic so I don't really give a sh*t either way....

beside, I looped for the Dahli Lama(long hitter the Lama) once......so I've got that going for me. :thumbs:

What does polluting the environment have to do with the church?

Isn't the Catholic Church one of the wealthiest organizations in world when one takes into account their land holdings and other property (art, books, etc.)? Hasn't it been amassing this great wealth for centuries?

I'm just sayin'...

They are actually the wealthiest entity in the world. Meanwhile priests and nuns before being ordained have to take a vow of chastity. Yeah.... it's kind of strange. I was born and raised catholic btw so I'm not bashing just stating the facts.
