I know that we have some pretty tech savvy folks on this board so I want to go ahead and see what everybody thinks about Cuil.

Some of these responses puzzle me because it has not been slow and I got results for Nub Habano. Maybe they need some time to work out the kinks.

Cuil doesn't look like it's ready for prime time. I entered a search for my own website. The first couple of times, it returned no results. When it finally did return a couple of hits, the thumbnails displayed along with the listing didn't have a blessed thing to do with it. One was a house that looked like a realty listing and the other was a pic of another Peters Creek...neither from my site.

I do like the format, though.

Meh, not impressed with the layout & format of the results, too much fluff. I got a lot of spammy feeling sights with a few simple searches as well...

Well, looks like it has generated a lot of interest. I think this is the first day the site is up and it may hold some promise. Cannot expect everything in on the first day, can we?
