PGH is great I just don't have the time to really enjoy the nightlife like I used to and there is not alot going on during the day other than working :whistling:

Welcome to CP from PA. I am in Grad School as well, so I know what it's like to have spent 2 months worth of cigar $$ in a week on a grad student stipened! We work a little bit on HIV in our lab too. We come from a more biochemical approach using multivalent dendrimers to inhibit bind and/or fusion (not sure which one yet) to cells.

Edited to say: Sorry about the shop talk, (I'm at work so it's natural) what I meant to say was, "Enjoy the site! It's a great break from science and it's much much much much more fun to come on here and learn about cigars (and subsequently smoke them) then it is to learn about science! See you around the board!

We work on the other end of the life cycle, assembly & budding. You go to any of the regular retrovirus meetings (eg CSH)?

Indeed I am; it's crazy here, the undergraduates just came back and classes started this past Thursday. Have you been back recently? They're building so much, you probably wouldn't recognize half of campus if you haven't seen it in the last couple years.
