Let me clarify. This is the retailer forum; all established retailers can post here without permission. I think some are confusing new members who are not allowed to post in the BST forum until they've established themselves.

It was a legit question. I called Isy and he answered the question.

Even at my ripe old age I'm not adverse to learning..... ;)
 
I see other guys in other forums seem to be ordering and getting product, and are happy with the results. I don't have a "dog in the fight"...but these guys are interesting. Yes, you're paying a small premium for HTF smokes, but if they have something you want, it < may > be an OK deal.

Of course, the real test is how they handle something that goes bad wrong..... :whistling:
 
My cigars showed up in a timely manner, all in good shape.
Overall a good experience.

The LP9 were less than the prices CI had listed, but of course CI is out of stock. I'm sure they can be had cheaper, but I thought that was a good reference.

My smokes arrived today. Well packed (as requested) for the shipment overseas; lots of bubble wrap and a humidity pack. Only complaint is that there was no invoice in the box, only on the price on the customs form (which clearly listed cigars, fyi).

I'd like to see the questions answered, too, and more involvement in the community, but it's not my business...

Ordered a Tatuaje TAA 2012 5pk from them. Great service. Fast turn around. Well packed. Even added a few extra cigars. I'd recommend these guys based off my experience and would of course order from them again.

X2...bought a box of cigars and had two hitchhikers in there as well. Well packaged, humidification included, and mine had an invoice. Seems he's getting better with each shipment! :laugh:

I'd definitely give them another shot as long as the prices remain reasonable.
 
Ordered a box of Headley Grange on Thursday (@ $20 less than I found anywhere else plus a HG hat and free shipping!). Arrived today with an extra stick, invoice, humidipak, and excellent packing. In addition, I had a few questions before I ordered, for which i used the contact form on the website. Email answered promptly. Props to the folks at Small Batch for an excellent transaction and top notch customer service. I will certainly order from these folks again.
 
I ordered a box that arrived last week with a few issues. Andrew was promptly on top of the situation and made things right with no hassle.

Good friend of mine ordered a box of LP#9's, I saw pics of them and everything looked awesome.

Small Batch beat a local retailer by a few dollars that, usually, has the best prices in town.
