New Humidor Pass

I'm out here next to the mail box now doin' the pee pee dance. The only problem is that our mailman doesn't get here till 3 pm...... :D :sign: :p

Well the Box arrived today. I had to work overtime a little cleaning out my work area and stuff. I'll post my puts and takes either in the morning or after the kiddies are done comin' around tomorro evening. I'll be mailing it Saturday morning and post the tracking numbers then. :)
 
Well, I finally opened up this Box (expecting to find a body in it from the size of this thing) and all I can say is WOW. :0

I only had a few extra minutes this morning before my last day at work so I didn't want to rush my choices. Will spend some serious time on it tonight and do my puts & takes then..... :)

I hope you like that Old PK. Oh, I had mistakenly called it a lonsdale, it's actualy the "lancero" size that you can see on their website. I was just in the store the other day to verify that. They have a new robusto size that I picked up. I still think that lancero size smokes better.

Almost home Gibu, you got one heck of a start filling that new humidor.

Look like you'll need to buy another one :D
 
I hope ole' PG will be home to accept the Box or at least his wife or someone. I know he will be involved with the California wild fires somehow. Let us know how things are for you there brother and stay safe. :thumbs:
 
Well, I got the Box shipped off this morning and I'll tell you, it definitely was the most expensive box I have sent as of yet. Between insurance & shipping, those bastids got $23.85 from me to get the box to Cali...... ;)

Great play Stogie :) So how much does this monster weigh now? I wonder if it would be more cost effective to ship UPS or FEDEX when pass boxes get this heavy?

I had a pretty high shipping bill as well and probably should have gone with UPS.

At this point, it's probably less expensive.
 
When I sent it off UPS charges were about $13.00 including extra insurance. I don't know if distance affects the cost. I shipped it to Stogieman, about 200 miles away. The person who sent it to me paid about $13.00 also. The cost was on the label.
 
You guys won't believe this, but my town hasn't had a UPS drop off location since the best drug store in town closed. :(

Glad you back so you can participate. I was very sorry to hear of the loss durring your deployment.

Take your time on the takes and puts, your the grand finale on this awsome pass so no rush other then just me doing back flips with excitement about getting it back home. I could use the exercise though so don't worry about me.
