Guys, some of you may remember my post a while back about what kind of stuff was needed for a garage, and that we were trying to purchase a new home. Well, in about 30 minutes everything will be official.

We had a house picked out that we really liked, but our offer on the house was contingent on the sale of our house. Well, our house went up for sale last tuesday and we got and offer on thursday. It took 1 week and 2 days to sell. The realtor is on her way over here now for us to sign the papers, etc. We will be in the new house by the end of this month.

I'm really damn excited about this, and will take some pictures of the new digs and post them up! I've got a special padron I've been saving for quite some time that will definitely get smoked soon! :love:

ps....this is also why I haven't been online as much lately. Been very busy.

congrats on the new house! My fiance and I have been in ours now for 3 months and its been nothing but a learning experience for the both of us, though most of those experiences were good! :laugh:

Most importantly, do you have a "smoking" room? or are the great outdoors to be that smoking room (as mine has been established)?

Congrats on the new house. I can't wait for mine to be finished being built. Sept. 28th is our date to close. It can't get here fast enough.
 
Lots of luck. Now you have an excuse to throw away anything
that has not been used for one year. The new house does not
need clutter :)

Congrats man. I am the type of guy that likes to help his buddies stay, not move. I am great at it, let me know if you ever need help staying put, I can show up with some smokes and beer and we can just sit around, loads more fun that moving. So count me out also.

actually, anything connected within the dimensions of the garage-up or down, is mine! There is a big bonus room above the garage, and I'm sure the garage will be a nice wintertime smoking area.
