OK, since I'm the only one that seems to be doing any guessing, I'll try again. You're trying to make a point about the lack of proper grammar, puncutation, etc, on the board with the obvious lack of it in your opening post, plus the reference to Bill (who was known as Mrs. Crabtree due to his affinity for pointing out the grammatical mistakes people made!).
 
If this, the Jaguar, the cigar box clock, isn;'t the answer, I don't have a friggin clue...
 
You are correct on all counts, what I'm looking for is grammatical in nature. Bill was a big grammarian, along with being a total fill in the blank to different people. LOL
 
When seeking the holy grail one must start at the beginning?

Congratulations Tone-NY.  I am now well versed in the life and times and eventual banning of Mrs Crabtree, but I am no closer to solving your riddle.  I can't wait to see the solution.  Man, my brain hurts!  :laugh:
 
I read about Jonesy as a noob who "hadn't made an ass of himself, at least for a while". About the flame out between Mrs Crabtree and Wilkey over 2 cigar boxes........I'm sorry, I must be denser than I thought. :blush:   I've looked for early searches for what I have considered "hints"......... nothing.  Good luck Jonesy........I surrender.
 
Your looking at the New Member Guide thread in the Introduce Yourself Forum which is giving me a failure at the moment... You are referring to all the noobs (me included as I was one of them) that have started at CP and didn't read any rules and just start posting completely disregarding the proper grammar rule along with many others. Also referring to how in the last year if not more the grammar police have not mentioned a thing to any new members or existing members that have been slacking.

I gave it a good try Anthony....my search-fu just isn't what it once was!
 
It's hard putting up one of these "search" contests anymore because it seems not many in the newer generation of CP wants to search...
 
The search contests are so fun. I would have played, except I didn't see it until Saturday. Can't play now anyway because I need to search more scientific things for RH and oil evaporation.
 
OK kudos to all who tried and search! Some good stuff there for sure.
 
The start is a clue that most all missed! Where is it that you landed on when you searched and got to Cigar Pass?
