I'm completely away from home from 7JUN-27JUN on an Army Training Exercise. I'd love to be in, but if I lose during this time frame, the winner would have to wait a bit to receive my sticks. If you need someone, I'd love to play. But I assume my absence during June would be a dis qualifier.

Just let me know.

Here is the deal with brickhouse.

As he said, he will be away from June 7 through June 27. In order for his absence to be an issue, two things have to happen.....1. He has to be in the finals and 2. He has to lose in the finals. If this happens I will give his opponent the option of waiting a week or two until Wyatt returns or allow me to send sticks for Wyatt.

I hope everyone is okay with this?

DAMN! I was on briefly yesterday morning and missed this. Jeff, please put me on the waiting list if there's a drop-out.

I can even do you one better Jeff.

If I'm still in it at that point and it has the possibility of being an issue if I lose while I'm away.....I can have my sticks packaged and ready for shipment. All I'll have to do is send my wife the addy they go to and she can drop them off at the Post Office. Done deal.

I think that's pretty doable as long as I have the ability to check and see who won and therefore gets the sticks.

One point of clarification. Do we get the same team throughout the playoffs, assuming we survive? Or are teams re-drawn after every round?

You own the team for as long that team survives, thus you can win four times.

Edited to add.........Now that the 16 teams are known I have asked a trusted BOTL to give me a random list of them to be matched up to a random order of participants. Should have your teams assigned by tomorrow night.
