Name that Cigar..

While I'm at it:

What kind of wrapper is a Claro wrapper? Is that another term for Sungrown? ???

Some like them. They have a very mild almost minty quality. I've heard the AF's are the best available. I've had a few but didn't care for any of them. Lumberg used to be a big fan. Not sure if he still is though.

There's a rumor that Havana is experimenting with Candelas again. Could be interesting.

Thanks guy! Keep the suggestions coming...

I think I'll pick of a couple singles of both to see how they are

I bought a 5er of the Don Tomas Candela off Cbid for fun, always wanted to try one, I didn't like it at all. If you want the other 4, I'll send them too you, pm me. :)

Candela was the most popular wrapper for almost 50 years. I'm really not sure what combination of factors caused that to change,

I think that one of them might be the "Fuente Kermit Penissimo" , and I would have to guess that it tastes like chicken, with hints of sweet and sour pork! :D

A local shop in my area(Charlotte NC) gets 858 claro from time to time Kick me an e-mail and I will see ifn I can get you a couple to try cvmfour. Me personally I think they are pretty good

I've tried the Iguana Candela wrapper cigars and really liked them, despite the fact that I usually prefere a much stronger smoke.

TA - if you really don't want those... oohhh too late.

PS: Hope you like the Avatar.

I already claimed them Treamayne :p

Thanks for your help guys. This is great group of guys we got on this board and I can feel the love  . I always think smoking cigars is about trying everything out there; Even the green ones :D

Enjoy.... ya can't blame me for tryin'. <grin>

ANd if you like them and want to try some other Candela Wrapper cigars. Iguana is a decent smoke. Mild with a tinge of sweet to it.
