I would stay with ISOM/ISOM. I didn't specify in the rules for a couple of reasons:

1. I didn't start the pass with any ISOMs and I didn't want people to think they had to put any in.

2. I also assumed that unless it's specified differently at the beginning of the pass, that it is the norm to only trade ISOM/ISOM.

Maybe I should have specified in the pass, I guess it would have erased all doubts.

I appreciate that when you weren't sure you asked. Communication solves so many things before they can become problems.
