"My first Pass Ever" Pass

Treamayne said:
Hey - if we work together I can compile a list and add it to the box for all to see as they get it.
You know, even if each one wasn't individually priced, what if they were just sorted into price ranges, ie....$3., $4, etc......
I copied the cigar listing, and placed it on an excel worksheet.
It wouldn't take long to sort them into groups if we knew what range they went for.
They could just be cut and pasted at that point.

I would like to hear from Paul and see what he thinks, but I can start working on the ones that sell on Cigar International or Famous.
Here's the list in alpha order, including ISOMS:

As they are listed in the pass on the 1st page I did include a price per stick for the ones that are inthe starting lineup.

For the new additions (puts) typically Cigars Int, Holts, JR's are fine to use for price compare.

For the starting line up I used the box price divided by the qty per box, I ask that you do the same, since individual stick purchases are typically higher per stick which is not a typically a true comparison.

For the ISOM's I did not put a price as they range greatly from supplier to supplier, please contact the person that supplied them for the pass for a value.

as you put your puts into the pass please include a price for those down the line on any sticks put in (except the troops box)

BTW troops sticks do not need to be individually baggied UNLESS they are "flavored" or you feel they need a individual baggie or large baggie, Also if you wish to contribute to the troops box, I ask that you don't send them "crappy" sticks like white owl, etc... while I am sure they will appreciate the gesture I don't think they deserve the bottom of the barrell cigars....:)

Any questions just send me a pm

Treamayne any word on the box arriving?

Great job Paul for being on top of this! The prices will really help me to keep it fair for my puts/ takes.

No matter how well packed, unbagged sticks tend to really suffer during shipping. It's probably best to have each cigar individually bagged.

If it would help, I will be happy to send enough baggies to cover your pass needs.

LMK if they are needed and where they need to be shipped.

:MMM :)

I was thinking about this after I posted...I agree, please baggie the troops sticks..I have a few extra baggies if needed when the pass gets to someone, I can send to intercept the box

Thanks MMM

Treamayne..please tell me you have picked up Elvis and all is well...as he should have landed by now...:)

Anyone seen a 24 x 24 x 12 cardboard box full of cigars floating in the Pacific?

Tom Hanks is using it for a pillow right about now on a deserted island! It will show up five years from now, well aged, but bone dry! :D

Starting to panic...all I have is the receipt from the post office showing when it was mailed and USPS does not have DC's for APO boxes...I hope I hear something positive soon.... :(

Mr. Hanks better come off it fast. :sign:

Heck of a way to get this pass started. Hopefully this will work itself out.

Still waiting for word from Treamayne....not sure what is happening....apparently there was a typhoon last week that came through and delayed mail delivery.

It has been over a week now...still holding out hope

No worse for wear and after rumored stops in Pattaya Thailand and Tom Hank's Island hide-away, Elvis has landed in Okinawa. He intends to visit HI before returning to the Continental US. He will only have a 1 night stay in Jpan before departing for HI, and his schedule is packed full.

Will update his itinerary tomorrow.
