MY BIG A$$ PASS!

I owe it all to you my friend! For which I could not except this great title! :p

Hellooooooooooooo?? Anybody home?? Whats the deal??

LMAO! Oops... used the "A" word again! Damn you Joe... see what you're doing to all of us! LOL!

Aloha,

Wade

The pass is with Pepe just north of Miami. It will be heading my way in the near future.

It's here gentleman. Showed up while I was out and about running errands. I don't know if I will have time to post puts and takes until tomorrow afternoon. :)

I just got off the phone with Joe. The humidifiers released a lot of moisture and left some condensation in the bags. Unfortunately some of the cigars swelled and split. Looks like most of the damaged ones will be smokeable, but I think the Ramone Allones wont be. Unless about an inch cut from the head of the cigar. I will post a complete list of damaged cigars tomorrow allong with my puts and takes tomorrow. But in the mean time, the whole pass is sitting in my fridge stabilizing. I could get it out tomorrow but we decided to let it stabilize. I have duty Friday so it will go out Saturday. If anyone has a question drop me a line.

Bummer Bruddahs! Thanks for stabilizing the cigars Emo... I hope you can save most of them.

Aloha,

Wade

Got to hand it to brother Emo! Hopefully the casualty's are lite and recovery is quick!

:( . You hate to here things like this. But at least there are people like Emo that can do quality damge control. :)

Ok, after further investigation, here is the Battle Damage Assesment:

Almost all the perfectos showed signs of swelling at the teat. A little lifting of the wrapper but nothing to worry about. Some of the cigars are showing signs of crinkling(crinkles cause by expanding and contracting of the wrapper due to wide swings of RH).
These had splits:
19 IT Perfecto
32 La Perla (very slight but I am taking it)
42 Monte #2 chipped and flaking in different parts
44 Punch isom (not split but wrapper at the foot is flaking)
48 RA 898 (real good split just below the cap)
49 Jose Piedra (flaking in a few spots)
50 Cohiba (1 inch split in the wrapper at the foot)

Here are my puts vs takes:
#59 AF Anejo #48 for the #12 PAM Imperial
#58 Don Carlos Mini Belicoso for the #32 Black Pearl
#60 Hemmingay Signature for the #52 Olivia Orion
#56 Ramone Allone isom for the #54 CAO Black
#57 Maria Mancinni DeGaulle maduro
#61 AF Rothschild maduro
#63 Bolivar Fuerte Petite
