Nice, sunny day here, a little cold... BUT SUNNY!!!
Got up early, made a pot of Killer Beans, and lounged around for a bit. Did a little work outside, then fired up my first smoke of the day... A DCM Toro #4, and sat outside, in THE SUN while reading 'The New Complete Joy of Homebrewing' (Papazian), thanks to the generosity of Cigar Smokin Chef... THANKS MARK!!! Then, a little later, got the BBQ out and prepped some steaks!

After a great dinner, finnished off with a PLPC and a couple fingers of Tomatin 12, while reading a little more!!! What a damn good day!!!

Man, I am ready for spring and summer to get here, so I can do this a lot more!!!

What did you guys do today???

I planned to get quite a few things done around the house today - didn't happen. I left my travel humidor at one of the B&Ms last night and planned to swing by and pick it up. Six plus hours, three cigars and almost a large sausage and pep pizza later, I left. I came home, played with dog, worked out and called it a day. Oh well, there's always next weekend to do things around the house (unless of course I stop by a cigar shop again).

Got the wifes car washed and detailed. Had a couple Margaritas with the left over mixings from last night, and smoked a RASS before the sun went down.

I have to agree. I am totally ready for Spring and Summer to get here!!

I'm not. summer time is when the mosquitoes are out in full force. Anyone got any tips on keeping mosquitoes away while outside the house?

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here...Spring I can live with and really enjoy, but Summer...well, it's WAAAY too damn hot!!

Today I had open house for a few hours then came home and lounged. It was too cold to smoke!

Today took the family to walk around NYC. Lots of fun!! Stopped by Greenwich village and poked in and out of the shops. Back home enjoying the first 'gar of the day and sipping a Fresca. Like so many, it is the quiet moments with family that makes life make any sense. Have a great week all!!!
