You can get it in PA and it is on closeout right now. Go to any state store and tell them you want to order:

You will have to pay UPS charges for shipping if a bottle isn't located nearby.

http://specsonline.com has it. I have ordered from them multiple times, 2-3 cases each order. I have never had an issue.
