Lookee what Cigar.com just got in!

Take a look in the Hot Deals forum area. Those vendors who publish there are generally ok. Those who aren't get challenged, some heckled. Look for the higher post counts in the threads. As you read more, you'll start to get an idea of who you need to listen to.

Cut the red wire, no, I think its the blue wire first!

The prices on the Prometheus Boxes are actually good aka the one with the BBMF and Royal 8. The rest of them are umm yeah inflated just a tad.

When I first got into cigars I bought Opus from them at those crazy prices because I didn't know any better. NEVER AGAIN. They are robbing people blind. Stay away from cigar.com. Period.

At roughly 3X MSRP they have to be buying these from Casa Fuente, then adding retail on top of that.
About a month ago cigar.com had Casa's for sale at roughly $15 a stick over what they cost at the shop in Vegas. It too had the disclaimer stating the prices reflected rarity and availability, I guess they think its worth the extra money to those who cant jet to Vegas to get these cigars. The Casa's are one thing but Opus are attainable at much cheaper prices, it just takes patience and cunning

Off subject but I was suprised that CI was offering 3packs of Tatuajes for MSRP! And for real, not what they calculate MSRP as being.

Authorized retailers that care Fuente products cannot sell FFOPX on line or by mail order. These sites and retailers are obtaining the cigars through other shops and "middle men." They will inflate the costs to cover expenses. It is totally insane.

Its strange as CI owns this company also.. along with Big Mikes Cigars.. also a CI owned company..
