the LFD line is impressive, sounds like a great smoke.

Great review, Wyatt! I didn't know anyone was giving up on thing gauges! :D

All typos aside, I am just discovering thin gauge cigars. I'm on a PC kick and I don't mean politically correct!
 
It's kind of ironic that I saw this post as I too was gifted a LFD Dbl Lig Lanceros by Loren. Let met tell ya you nailed the review to the "T". It was powerful but nutty, with hints of chocolate. However, I nubbed that bastid and wanted more.

Some people say that only experienced smokers can smoke Lanceros'(I don't know if I'm that experienced but)I really enjoyed this one. My 'regs' have always been robustos and of the sort, smoking this "pimp" stick (as my gf states) was a very pleasent surprise.

Smokem slow and they'll reward you. I have a few more waitin' stateside, can't wait to get my hands on'em.
 
Guess i didn't believe you about the strength. That little cig was tooooooo strong for me. Have to lay them down a while!
 
I have a couple of these waiting to be sparked, but they scare me a bit! LOL :laugh: I don't want to be knocked on my ass by them! :sign:

Same here. I've had one of the small chisels, and it was a little beast. Good, but damned strong. Can't wait to try the lancero, but I'll probably hold onto them a bit as a) They're tough to find b) They're long, and I don't have a lot of time c) they're spooky. :)
 
Don't let the power keep ya from enjoying a great cigar.

Smoke it slow and easy and I'm sure you'll be fine. Moki told me this and I failed to listen and I paid the price. But even though I was brought to me knees, I really enjoyed it.

Fire it up, cigars are meant for smokin'!
