Just What I've Always Wanted

Very nice ...........How much do these go for now?

Bob

MSRP is $25 per cigar, 40 cigars per box, or $1000 for all 40 cigars + $600 for the hand carved humidor = MSRP of $1600.

It was possible to obtain these for less; $1200 for the whole thing if you were lucky. Only 400 boxes were made.

More info... and it is also possible to buy these by the box without the fancy humidor.

I paid $1400 for it. One question though. If there were only 400 boxes made, then why is my box #561? I saw another one that was #539. My box has '06 on the painting on the front of the box. The 539 box says '05 in the same spot. I think that they are making these again. In the last week I have seen 3 of them for sale.

I'm not sure. It's possible that the Padrons kept numbers 1-100 like they did for the Millenniums, or it is possible that they just started numbering them at 100 or higher, or it is possible they are making more (though I don't believe that's the case). It's normal for them to have a 2005 date on 'em, because they did not make them all in 2004 (they were late)

Congrats on the score!

I am saving up to purchase a motorcycle but would raid my savings in a heart beat to purchase one of those boxes. I first saw one at my local B&M, it truly isa work of art.

So how does refilling the trays work? Can only retailers send them back to be refilled?
