Delivered the three picnics to my board member who had bought them and asked me to smoke them. Wife just called ans said their daughter-in-law now wants me to do some for her.
Seems a side business might have potential.
Don't forget the Aluminum Pucks :thumbs:I finally pulled the trigger on a new electric smoker, a Bradley digital 6 rack. I've been wanting one for a while and found a great deal online so I couldn't resist. It should be here in a week, I can't wait to break it in.
I doubt they used a horse if it was free shipping. It was probably shipped via a donkey and buggy :laugh:I'm still waiting for the friggin thing to get here, I swear to christ they shipped it via horse and buggy... but I really can't complain since the shipping was free I guess.

Very nice! I did some Boston Butts last year and they were fantastic. I've been smoking ribs practically every week. My WSM is really starting to get crusty inside. I might have to clean it.
I've never used an electric. Maybe I'll have to check it out.
edited to add another helpful link (there's some good recipes, etc...) here

So...the thread title is a lie. You didn't "get" a new smoker, you just ordered one. Which comes first, the smoker or the stone?

This is the same smoker I have as well. I love it!!! I saw now that the newer models are including a thermometer in the top.
