Just a nice afternoon.

It isn't often that the wife and I get to spend an afternoon together without the kids. First we went and seen a movie, and then spent the rest of the afternoon antique shopping. Of course we didn't find anything that we liked, but at least it was peaceful. We finished the afternoon off with a couple ale's at the Oxford, a local pub before heading home.

So, it was just a nice afternoon, and I thought I would share.

I'm feeling it too Bill. My eleven year old is on a school camping trip. So, my wife and I packed some drinks and snacks, walked to the pro shop to play a round of golf. She drove the cart while my little three year old girl supervised. I had an awesome time with the two of them. The bonus was I got to enjoy a Don Pepin Cuban Classic 1977. I'm blessed indeed.

Wow, sounds like a great time and well appreciated too. The last time my wife and I went out on a date was some number of weeks ago to see Transformers. It was too short. Precious, but too short.
