Day 7: 10 Year Old Limited Edition Bolivars
Valid thru Midnight, Saturday, December 18, 2004, while supplies last.

We have just two panatela sizes of Dominican Bolivars remaining; which were originally made for Club Macanudo in New York City in 1994: the 6.00 by 32 Panetelitas and the 6.00 by 36 Belicoso Finos - a parejo shape regardless of it's frontmark. Wrapped in the finest dark grade of Connecticut shade, these are wonderfully balanced, medium bodied cigars that have mellowed over the past decade into wonderfully smooth and buttery smokes of delicate, complex flavors with a soft, rich aroma. These are extra-special cigars that are the perfect complement to champagne or a very fine brandy.

Packed in Cuban-style, 25-count dress boxes, these are an excellent choice for the true cigar connoisseur. It is extremely rare to find such well-aged cigars on the market and, typically, their retail price would be as much as four times their original cost. But as it is the holidays and we just love to sell luxury at discount, we are making these available at astoundingly low prices.

Day 9: La Gloria Cubana Serie R No. 7
Valid thru Midnight, Monday, December 20, 2004, while supplies last.

Click for brandMeasuring a whopping 7-by-58, the La Gloria Cuban Serie R No. 7 is bigger than Santa on an all Christmas pudding diet! And not only are these cigars big in size, but they are huge in the flavor department. The Serie R blend is a special "kicked up a notch" version of the already full-bodied traditional La Gloria Cubana recipe from master maker Ernesto Perez-Carillo. It is a spicy, earthy combo of Dominican and Nicaraguan long leaf filler wrapped in your choice of either an EMS Sungrown or a Maduro broadleaf capa. Which is better? Bells, I don’t know as I can’t fit this cigar in my mouth!

Seriously, this is one hey of a big time smoke that serious cigar guys go nuts over and pay big for. But not today, as supplies last, we are going to offer you your choice of Serie R No. 7 for just $100.00 a box! Buy quick, ‘cause these behemoths are going to fly like North Pole reindeer from our warehouse at this price!

That seems to be about $20-$30 lower than most places for a #7. At least it's a discount on a decent cigar this time.

These are actually a nice smoke, and boy are the HUGE!!!! (I've got 2 im my humidor now and can barely get the lid to close!!!!

I haven't tried this exact model, but I smoked one that was about 5 3/4 long in the maduro wrapper about a week ago. It was a single that was sitting in my humi for a while now. This was one great cigar. Burned sharp, tasted good, and had a decent amount of oomph. Normally I would jump on this, but I dont go for this size.

Day 10: Macanudo Robust Petit Corona
Valid thru Midnight, Tuesday, December 21, 2004, while supplies last.

And on tenth day of Christmas the gift was ten lords-a-leaping... Who wants this? I understood the gold rings, and hey the birds were decent (particularly grilled), but who in their right mind wants ten guys in tights leaping around their living room? Well if you do want this, you are at the wrong web site amigo. In lieu of leaping lords, we are offering twice as many Macanudo Robust Petite Coronas for nearly half price! A much, much better gift in our opinion...

Made in 2000, these Macanudo Robust Petite Coronas have aged beautifully and are right now at their peak flavor. Wrapped in a very dark, colorado-color shade grown leaf, these 5.00 x 38 petite parejos are a rich blend of Piloto Cubano and San Andreas Negro. They draw, burn, and smoke flawlessly with a mellow woodsy flavor and subtle finish with just the right touch of natural tobacco sweetness.

Priced at $75.00 for a 20-count box, these are pretty pricey small smokes, but for today only, we are going to make them available for just $39.00 a box. These cigars are the ideal stocking stuffer!

I seriously doubt Craig (Lucasbuck) and I are the only Mayorga maduro fans on here....but maybe so. I have a full box of Mayorga maddie robustos resting in the deep dark corner of my cooler. :)

Cheers,
Dixie

Well, I'll post the whole link about day 11.

Day 11: Mayorga Gordito Torpedo
Valid thru Midnight, Wednesday, December 22, 2004, while supplies last.

Okay, I know I am supposed to write something about cigars, but while I got you here I want to express one of my personal Christmas pet peeves: I hate holiday perfume puffers! You know, all those chicks they hire just for the holiday shopping season to stand in the aisles and blast you with some noxious French concoction of alcohol and dead stuff as you pass by. Yesterday some perky puffer caught me full on with something called Inescapable which in my opinion should be called "Inexcusable!" Yuck! Plus it really ruined the great Mayorga cigar aroma that I had just spent an hour working on in my truck...

As one of my personal favorites and one of our best sellers, we are proud to offer today’s deal on the Mayorga Gordito Torpedo. This 5-by-54 belicoso is a great tasting and smelling cigar. Loaded with creamy coffee flavors, these solid, square-pressed cigars are smooth and flavorful. This Nicaraguan cigar is offered in your choice of wrapper - either a spicy Nicaraguan EMS wrapper or a dark, robust Costa Rican maduro, both are exceptional.

Packed in beautiful, natural presentation boxes, we are going to sell these for our lowest price ever: just $35.00 a box!!! Not only do these taste delicious, I can say without hesitation that Mayorga’s aroma is way better than any of that French junk they sell for a hundred bucks a bottle!

I don't mind the maduros with a few years of aging on them myself...... :D  :p

Did anyone get in on the 1994 Dominican BBF's?

The box I got in was sealed. Opened it up and stamped on the inside of the lid is Belicosos Finos, but the smokes were Panatella's, or at least sure looked like em....

Definitely not a Belicoso....

Maria Macini Magic Mountain

Valid thru Midnight, Thursday, December 23, 2004, while supplies last.

Click for brandWell, here is your last deep-discount chance to get your wife what she really wants for Christmas... CIGARS! Trust us...

Handcrafted in Honduras by Nestor Plasencia, this is a highly rated Cuban-style cigar available in your choice of either a very flavorful Habana 2000 or a rich, Costa Rican Maduro wrapper. They are a creamy, dense smoke that is well-packed and pressed containing a plush blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan black tobaccos. The EMS wrapped sizes are spicy and peppery, while the Maduro variety produces a mellower, earthier flavor.

And arguably the best tasting (and selling) size cigar of the entire line is the Magic Mountain, a 6-by-54 torpedo. These are always in high demand and we often run out of stock on this very popular cigar. There is really no reason to sell these at a discount ever, but because we have a soft spot for Christmas and we want to say thanks to all our loyal customers, we are going to offer these fabulous figurados for just $30.00 a box!

That works out to be just $1.20 per premium cigar... which is a full 50% discount and makes these perfect handmades cheaper than most bundles! This is the absolute best thirty-dollar box of cigars you will ever buy in your life. Now don't disappoint your Mrs., buy two boxes and make her Christmas extra special!

The Magic Mountains caught my attention and I picked up a box of 15 in maduro. Also, I picked up some RyJ tins of 5 each 4x 44 maduros. Happy camper.

Ordered 2 boxes of the Mayorgas, arrived today! If you like the cigars or not you can't be the service, less than 24 hours to my door.

Everyone has different taste, mine say these are damn good everyday sticks  Plus they are a lot easier to hand out to the bums, oops, make that non cigar buying friends.
