It could be time...

So they sent us home around noon because she wasn't dilated. The contractions kept coming though, so now we're back at the hospital, hoping that this time they give her some pitocin. I ain't going home without a baby this time!

Tell her to hang in there Khari, and I appreciate the updates dude. Praying for a swift and easy birth, and a healthy kid. You got something good lined up to smoke?? :D
 
Hope all is well with baby and mother Khari. Keep us all posted.
 
Her pregnancy is sounding like a mirror image of my wife's. We went at 0000 the first night, she was only at a 2 so they send us home with an Ambian and told her to try and sleep. She went to sleep and woke up with the contractions coming at about 2.5 mins apart. Went back and she was at a 5. Took us in and it lasted another 30 hours.

Sleep when you can my friend, you're gonna need it...
 
with my first...2 weeks past the due date and he still had not dropped all the way.
Induced labor at 0900
3pm dilated to 3, and the Dr. broke the water.
5pm still only 3 and they decide to give the epidural
5:05 pm fully dialted
5:18 she gave birth to "the most beautiful alien dolphin" I had ever seen.


Fatherhood is a wild, magical, funny ride...

LOL, I cant wait till I get to have my own alien dolphin :thumbs:
 
My alien dolphin is getting close. She's at 4 cm now. They gave the epidural about an hour ago and just broke the water.
 
The boy has arrived! 6 lbs, 11 oz, 21 3/4 inches! Mom and boy are doing well.

I don't know. I didn't want to look (insert vomiting emoticon here) plus the wife didn't want me to watch either after hearing stories from friends that their husbands watching kinda killed their sex lives. Worked for me!
 
Congrats on the new arrival! Hopefully you have something good to smoke specially chosen for today!!!
 
Congratulations Khari! 21 3/4" ?!?! Jeez.... he's going to be ready for the NBA by Jr. High! :laugh: All the best to Dad, Mom and....... so what's his name?
