My guess, as long as China is buying the price will keep rising. I saw this in the high-end headphone space for the past decade. And it is still on going there; the price ceiling won't be hit until China calms their "price equates quality" philosophy.

It's going on with vintage audio as well. Wouldn't believe what old McIntosh audio gear can fetch.

My guess is that as long as they can sell everything they make at ridiculous prices....things will stay as they are. Pretty fundamental.

Yeah tell me about it, Audio hardware is HUGE in China!! Tube prices have skyrocketed in the last few years. I stocked up on what I currently use a few years back. I have enough for while; though I don't use my big tube amp as much these days.

I mean ChiFi is it's whole own thing!
