Well it appears our troops overseas love some cigars because if you look at the google insight data for cigar international and thompson cigar about 90% of the searches come from Iraq.

Duh! I know a lot of folks that only smoke (or smoke more) on deployments.

I smoke more on deployments only because I have time to myself at night. Although, I don't think I ever searched out CI or Thompsons (nor would I ever)...

Do you not recommend those site? I do not have the luxury of a close B&M while I am away from home. I was also just surprised at the overwhelming volume in Iraq compared to that of the US and Canada.

When I do order from an online retailer I tend to stick with one of our brothers on CP. If you go to the Retailer Forum you can find who we do/ don't trust...

Maybe there is more smoking of cigars on deployment because they have more freedom to smoke when they are out of the country. Just a thought.

I think I will go find that thread about sending sticks to service botl/sotl. Seems the right time to send some the way of the deserving!
