Sitting in ENT's waiting room for final post op visit after sinus surgery. Good read.

As to addiction, I had been gradually increasing how many cigars I smoke weekly. However, when I had to stop due to sinus surgery I had cravings in the first ten days or so which then continued to diminish. Interestingly, I found I really missed the quiet time, contemplation and social aspect more than I missed cigars. So, I have been doing so with a beer, wine or whiskey. Just following the basic routine without the cigar. Enjoying it a lot. Find out today how much longer I need to wait to smoke!
