I was directed here by a few friends from another Board who said they found Cigar Pass to be a lot more interesting than their previous # 1 site. So taking their advice I came over and was impressed by what I saw here and was very pleased to be able to join today.

It is also nice to see some very familiar names and some well proven friends here as well. I'm looking forward to sharing this Forum with all here. Although I'm new to Cigar Pass, it has been a long time since I was labelled as a cigar newbie :D I have a personal preference for Cuban cigars and Cuban rum - but I thoroughly enjoy the entire cigar experience and that very much includes getting together with friends as often as possible and trading smokes and stories and fine adult beverage.

I am very active with organizing and sending cigars to our Nation's warriors in Afghanistan and Iraq and have set up 4 Troop Holiday Drives that have sent over 7,000 cigars overseas and literally TONS of supplies and requested items - everything from powdered drink mixes (the water there can be very bad tasting) to magazines to pre-moistened towlettes to neck coolers to hard candies etc....
I am looking forward to participating on this Board.

Welcome to CP. I'm a new arrival from another board as well. I spent time reading old threads before joining because I wasn't interested in participating in yet another "good ole boys" club. :)

Thanks for the welcome ---and especial thanks for the help in securing that last shipment of very special coffee..... I tend to Roast to a slightly lighter roast than you do - and this turned out to be one hellaciously great cup of coffee. Much appreciated ! :thumbs:
