Thanks, VIN#. Read the "About" page on my site: www.articulate-design.com. It explains that these are entirely digital and have oil and watercolor characteristics. They're printed on watercolor paper so they lean strongly in that direction. But as you noted, there are very vibrant and crisp areas that resemble oils. There are also dark lines around the more prominent subject matter that have a pencil feel. I'm going for an altogether unique painterly look.
